NEWTON, MA – One of greater Boston’s hottest up-and-coming innovation districts is now seeking new tenants.

Paragon Towers, centrally located in the N-Squared Innovation District, is now up for sale. The move comes as the area sees an aggressive expansion in the coming years, most recently through a fundraiser aimed at sustaining the district’s development.

Paragon Towers is a 60,000-square-foot office building at 233 Needham Street, adjoining property set to be developed into village-like apartment and retail space. The building recently underwent a capital improvement campaign, which included upgrades to common areas, a kitchen and lounge, on-site fitness center and a covered parking garage.

Incoming businesses would join a lineup of innovators like TripAdvisor, Shark Ninja, Big Belly Solar, PTC and CyberArk, which call the district home.

The Newton-Needham Regional Chamber of Commerce has also announced a five-year overhaul of Needham Street, which will be rebuilt with room for sidewalks, bike lanes and better traffic flow.

Boston Realty Advisors’ team of Jeremy Freid, SIOR, Adam Meixner, Jason Weissman, Nick Herz, and Michael D’Hemecourt will be handling the sale process. The offering is for sale on an un-priced basis.

Information on the property can be located at www.paragontowers.com.
