Nick joined BR Advisors in 2014 in a leadership role to expand all capital market activity. Throughout his career, Nick has closed over $2 billion across all asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and boutique hotels. His broad experience also encompasses debt and structured financing assignments throughout New England. Nick advises institutional and private-capital clients on every phase of transaction process. He was the recipient of the 2019 Bisnow Outstanding Excellence Award and the 2008 Commercial Brokers Association Investment Sale of the Year Award.

Prior to joining BR Advisors, Nick served as Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets groups at CBRE and Colliers International. He is a member of NAIOP and RE&FA. He received a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from Babson College.
