Last week, six units in the Seaport District’s Pier 4 building were sold. The priciest, however, was Unit 7C, which left the market for $6,765,000.

This corner residence at 300 Pier 4 Boulevard — which Janice Dumont of Advisors Living – Back Bay sold on Friday, May 17 — offers three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2,255 square feet of living space with water views. Walls of glass in the living/dining area and the master suite overlook the harbor. There is also a private balcony off the living/dining area.

The kitchen features high-end appliances, including a wine refrigerator, and an island with a marble waterfall top.

Amenities of the complex include a dog spa, fitness center, virtual golf, a private lounge with a gas fireplace, and concierge service. The unit comes with two parking spaces, with the option to either valet or self-park. For those who love to entertain, the complex has a terrace overlooking the water with a grill, fire pit, wet bar, and adjoining catering pantry and kitchen. It’s also worth noting that a restaurant by Kristin Canty, owner of Concord’s farm-to-table restaurant Woods Hill Table, will open on the first floor.
