Needham, MA Boston Foundation for Sight (BFS) has extended its lease for 13,000 s/f at 464 Hillside Ave. After touring several different options in the market, Adam Meixner and Jordan Sneider of Boston Realty Advisors’ (BRA) suburban team, were able to negotiate a 5 year lease extension for BFS. Relocating to another site was a strong consideration for BFS, but in the end, Meixner and Sneider were able to negotiate a favorable enough deal that made the decision easy for BFS to extend. Meixner and Sneider represented BFS while the ownership was self-represented in the transaction.
