The Capital Markets Team at Boston Realty Advisors would like to thank their clients for a successful year in 2024. We faced many challenges including a high-interest rate environment, political uncertainty, and low trade volume but we were able to add massive value to our clients. We conducted sales and financing processes across a variety of asset classes and geographic territories and are proud of the results.
