Coolidge Corner Apartments Sold for $24M

A 25-unit apartment complex at Brookline’s Coolidge Corner has been acquired for $23.9 million by a Billerica-based investor following a marketing process that attracted close to 40 offers.
The Calvin at Coolidge Corner includes a range of luxury apartments ranging from studios to penthouses, along with three ground-floor retail spaces and 24 below-grade parking spaces.
420 Harvard FMS LLC, a Billerica company that lists Hamid Shirkhan as manager, bought the property from developer 420 Harvard Assoc. on May 7. The sales price equates to $800,000 per unit.
