BOSTON –Boston Realty Advisors, the largest independent real estate services firm in Massachusetts, and its affiliated residential sales platform Advisors Living today proclaimed “It’s About Our People” as their new common tagline, reflecting the companies’ long and continuing emphasis on supporting their employees and advisors so that clients consistently receive the best service in the industry.
Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living made the announcement as businesses and their executives and employees nationwide celebrated Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day yesterday.
“To further communicate and encapsulate our corporate philosophy to investors, colleagues, and clients, Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living today announce our new defining tagline – “It’s About Our People”, said Jason S. Weissman, Founder and Senior Partner. The phrase will now appear on the companies’ websites, advertising, communications and social media materials going forward.
After 20-plus years of growth at Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living, Weissman said, “It was time to reinforce a strong public identity that reflects the human-focused energy and attention of the philosophy of both firms.”
“We’ve been operating successfully and growing rapidly, especially in the last three years, based on the expertise, experience and dedication of our people,” Weissman said, referring to both talented and experienced new executives and more than 150 new Advisors Living residential advisors. “The phrase ‘It’s About Our People’ tells how we operate and summarizes everything we want the world to know when clients come to do business with Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living.”
Since 2001, Boston Realty Advisors has created a visionary team experienced in national and international commercial real estate to provide leasing, capital markets, management services and more. Advisors Living is one of the fastest-growing residential resale and new-construction real estate firms in Massachusetts, with 14 offices throughout greater Boston, advising clients on buying, selling and renting residential real estate.
Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living are operated jointly and collaboratively, providing the same depth of industry and market knowledge, entrepreneurial energy and dedication to customer service to commercial and residential real estate clients alike.
“What is really special is that we’ve grown while maintaining our ethos of working only with the best, brightest and kindest people, who are willing to go above and beyond for each client,” said Wil Catlin, Boston Realty Advisors Managing Director and Senior Partner. “Because we care about each client.”
The new tagline is part of a larger branding effort, including a redesigned Advisors Living website, social media applications, and advertising and marketing campaign created by Rumphius Marketing, a boutique real estate marketing agency based in the Boston area.
Merit McIntyre, a respected executive with deep experience in residential real estate in the Boston area, joined Advisors Living as Chief Executive Officer two years ago. “We are two companies with the same mission and the same philosophy of becoming a partner to our clients, whether they’re leasing or selling an office building or, with Advisors Living, buying their dream home,” said McIntyre.
“All entail creating a trusting relationship that is backed by expertise and that can only be achieved by creating a team of the best and most dedicated and hard-working — and I would add nicest — people. That’s what we’re about.”
National Professional Secretaries Day, also known as National Secretaries Day, was created in 1952 by an executive the advertising firm Young and Rubicam, recognizing the importance of support staff to businesses and management.
