America’s Test Kitchen is almost doubling the size of its headquarters with a strategic move to the Seaport.
The publishing and broadcasting company will be the newest tenant in the Innovation and Design Building when they move more than 200 employees there next summer.
For the last 24 years they have been located in Brookline, directly across from the Brookline Village MBTA station, their offices spread across four floors.
With this move they will increase to 55,000 SF and have the ability to have all their staff across one single floor, making it easier for collaboration between teams.
The offices are an upgrade in more ways than one and will now include four test kitchens, three TV and video studios and multiple photo studios.
The location will also aid in the company’s growth, which they have planned for the next few years, as well as the hope of becoming more public-facing.
There will be a ATK food truck parked on site, giving residents and employees in the Seaport another lunch option.
The brand is also expanding into working with cruise lines and creating cruise line cuisine and this new location next door to Black Falcon Cruise Terminal will contribute to that development.
