Charles River Realty Sells Davis Square Building For $39 Million

Charles River Realty, a Boston-based real estate investment firm sold 240 Elm Street, a mixed-use development in the heart of Davis Square for $39 million to Asana Partners.

The building is 46,000 square feet.

Asana Partners is a Charlotte-based investment company that has an extensive background in acquiring ‘distinctive retail properties in dynamic urban markets.’

Located next to the MBTA Red Line at Davis Square station, the site is an exceptional transit-oriented destination. The building is currently 100% leased with notable tenants such as grocery store bfresh, Dunkin Donuts, and coworking company, Spaces.

The property sold for $843 per square foot and was recently renovated.
