We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to serve as a player-coach on the marketing team. The individual should be creative, quick thinking and efficient, and possess a strong print and digital graphic design background. This leader will oversee our highly productive marketing team that is responsible for promoting both the brand and the commercial and residential properties we represent. The Marketing Manager will report directly to our firm’s two managing partners.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and projects from concept to completion. This position will work collaboratively with colleagues in marketing and throughout the business, and possess a sharp eye and a creative mind, as well as be passionate about layout, design, advertising, social media, email marketing, brand management and awareness, among other marketing and communications disciplines.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports and aligns with the firm’s business goals and objectives
  • Effectively interact with the firm’s management and sales teams, and manage outside vendors as appropriate
  • Manage the design, production and printing of any collateral used for marketing or sales, including: promotional materials, web and social media, email communications, advertising and sponsorships, media relations, brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, templates, and other branded materials
  • Lead a small team of design and marketing professionals to continued learning and career growth opportunities
  • Regularly review processes and procedures, and identify areas for improvement that leverage best practices, new technology, and latest marketing developments
  • Manage ongoing updates, enhancements and upgrades to corporate website
  • Manage SEM, advertising, public relations, events, awards submissions, and other campaigns to engage clients and cultivate prospects
  • Align creative capabilities, resources and deliverables with business needs and priorities
  • Contribute to management team’s strategic planning process and sales team’s marketplace analysis

Primary responsibilities include business development activities including cold-calling and data base building. Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is quick thinking and motivated to work both individually and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. This important role serves as a key member of a highly productive marketing team that promotes both our brand and the commercial and residential properties we represent.

This individual will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with colleagues on the marketing team, as well as individuals throughout the brokerage firm, including the business leaders. The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to contribute ideas and solutions to the marketing team’s creative projects that promote the corporate brand and deliver key projects and initiatives for the organization.

The Junior Graphic Designer must be passionate about branding and digital marketing, and eager to work in a fast-paced and hard-working environment with great opportunities for industry learning and career growth.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Graphic creation, page layout, and file preparation for digital and print use including ads, presentations, postcards, social media posts, HTML emails, website and landing pages, logos and infographics, among other items
  • Determine project priorities and manage multiple pressing project schedules and deadlines simultaneously
  • Contribute to marketing team projects as needed and provide design support across a variety of print and digital marketing and promotional materials, including website content changes, email marketing campaigns, advertising efforts, and others
  • Follow corporate brand guidelines, standards and styles
  • Develop and communicate concepts and give design direction
  • Consistently review existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement leveraging best practices, new technology, and new marketing tactics

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to transition between multiple projects and tasks seamlessly to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to create attractive visual designs out of statistics and data
  • Customer-service skills, strong team player open to individual and collaborative work
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and brand adherence
  • Working experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HTML/CSS, a plus
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience; real estate experience, a plus
