Coordinate and implement the marketing efforts and reports for all leasing and sales projects

Respond to prospective inquiries by phone or in person for perspective tenants on listing assignments
Conduct tours for the listing assignments for perspective tenants
Maintain and provide clients with activity/status reports
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to become licensed
Strong verbal and written communications skills; polished interpersonal skills
Adept at multi-tasking, organizing and attention to detail
Dependable, positive and able to work both independently and with team members
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials with excellent computer skills
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in retail and restaurants
Full suite of corporate resources including property valuation and marketing support
