Primary responsibilities include business development activities including cold-calling and data base building. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and possess a strong desire to build a business within the commercial real estate industry. This candidate will receive hands-on training and mentoring from 2-3 partner-level brokers in order to learn the skills necessary for long-term success.
