Nick Herz is a Managing Director and Partner in the Capital Markets group. In this capacity, he is focused on middle market investment sales activity and capitalizing development projects. His experience encompasses transactions in excess of $2 billion across all asset classes.

Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Mr. Herz served as Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets groups at CB Richard Ellis/New England and Colliers International (formerly Meredith & Grew). Nick is a member of NAIOP, ULI and REFA. He received a BA in Economics from Tulane and an MBA from Babson College.
