Matt Ericson is an Associate Analyst in the Capital Markets group. He focuses on supporting the team through property valuation, marketing, and all aspects of the sales cycle with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude. Before joining Boston Realty Advisors in 2022, Matt was a Retail Leasing Associate at Brixmor Property Group where he had in-depth sales and foundational real estate experience. He leased several retail spaces to high-value tenants in his first 15 months and looks to continue using his real estate knowledge with this team.

Born and raised in the Boston area, Matt brings local experience to the Capital Markets group to help drive deal processes to success. Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University in May 2020.
