Dylan Steinberg is a Associate at Boston Realty Advisors, where he supports the firm’s brokerage efforts across Greater Boston with a focus on industrial real estate. He brings an operator’s perspective to the team from previous hands-on experience in supply chains and logistics.

Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Dylan worked in supply chain and operations at Ocean State Job Lot, where he gained firsthand exposure to distribution networks, inventory management, and the operational realities that drive real estate decisions for growing businesses.

Dylan holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Rhode Island. His background allows him to approach commercial real estate with a practical, data-driven mindset, connecting property fundamentals with how space is used.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys surfing and staying active year-round.
