Daniel Alper is an Associate on the Capital Markets team at Boston Realty Advisors, specializing in the investment sale of multifamily assets across Cambridge, Somerville, and Greater Boston’s core transit-oriented markets.

With experience spanning both the commercial and residential sides of the business, Dan brings a well-rounded perspective to complex transactions. He has been involved in numerous on- and off-market sales, leveraging his market knowledge and investor network to help clients maximize value and achieve their strategic objectives.

Daniel earned his B.S. in Managerial Economics from Union College. A Newton native, he now resides in Boston’s South End and enjoys staying active through fitness, boating, and offshore fishing.
