Daniel Alper is an Associate on the Capital Markets team, where he specializes in the investment sale of multifamily and office properties with a focus on the Cambridge, Somerville and surrounding markets. Before joining Boston Realty Advisors, Dan worked in mortgage consulting for Homeward Mortgage and residential real estate sales on Nantucket Island. He is well versed in alternative financing methods and has participated in countless residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Dan holds a BS in Managerial Economics from Union College. When he’s not at work, he enjoys staying active through fitness activities, boating and deep-sea fishing. Originally from Newton, MA, Dan currently resides in Brookline.
