The Seaport District

The Seaport District is Boston’s hottest new destination. Located right on Boston harbor, this formerly industrial area is now home to world class museums, the Boston convention and expo center, several new hotels and state of the art commercial properties. The Seaport contains 15 class A buildings with approximately 5.5 million rentable square feet, 58 class B buildings with over 6 million total rentable square feet and there’s currently over 1.2 million feet of new construction underway.
