Ryan Hurd joined Boston Realty Advisors in 2014 with eight years of commercial real estate experience. Beginning his career at Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners, Ryan has worked on some of the bigger tenant and landlord assignments in the city. While at RBJ, his team leased 5 MSF of Downtown product which included: 53 State Street, 75 State Street, 1 Liberty Square, 25 Drydock Avenue, 265 Franklin Street, 12 Post Office Square, 10 Liberty Square, 500/222 Berkeley Street and National Development’s Seaport Portfolio. Ryan also worked with some of Boston’s most well-known tenants including: State Street, Citizens Bank, Wilmer Hale and Parexel International. After RBJ, Ryan went on to work at Cushman & Wakefield where he continued his work with both tenants and landlords alike. Ryan’s leasing experience expanded to represent the owners of: 28 State Street, 10 Post Office Square, 2 Oliver Street and 545/535 Boylston Street.
A graduate of Bowdoin College, Ryan received a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies while playing on the men’s lacrosse team for all four years of college.
