Boston Realty Advisors was founded in 2001 by Jason Weissman. The company was formed to take advantage of existing marketing inefficiencies within both the residential and commercial brokerage industries. Right from the start, the Boston Realty Advisors name has been unique for a real estate brokerage; the Advisors Name represents real estate services that involve sophisticated advice and strategic marketing. Boston Realty Advisors looked to be in a strong middle ground between the large international corporations competing in the industry space to the smaller “cottage” style brokerage firm.

Since its inception, Boston Realty Advisors has grown steadily to carry out approximately 500 transactions per year. Major corporate clients include Toyota and Forbes Magazine. Major landlords represented include Boulder Capital, The Druker Company Ltd., Meredith Management and The Abbey Group.
