Dedham, MA – Delta Projects has expanded its footprint to just under 25,000 square feet while simultaneously extending its current lease at 118 Allied Drive in Dedham, MA.

Five years after relocating from its longtime HQ in Needham, Delta Projects nearly doubled its current square footage in taking an additional 9,000 square feet of office space. Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid of Boston Realty Advisors’ suburban team, were able to successfully negotiate a 7 year lease extension for Delta Projects. Despite having two (2) years left on the existing lease, Meixner and Freid were able to create a substantial amount of leverage that was used in the negotiations with the Landlord to deliver a below market deal for the Tenant.
